Key Responsibilities:
As our Graphic Designer, your primary role will be to develop designs that effectively represent and promote the brands and companies in the Loxworth portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating brand identity components such as graphics, logos, fonts and colour schemes.
- Developing graphics and layouts for websites.
- Establishing and enforcing appropriate brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all platforms.
- Creating promotional materials, including PowerPoint presentations, digital brochures and social media posts.
- Using Adobe InDesign to layout and design annual reports and information memoranda.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visual communications and brand standards are met.
- Efficiently manage and prioritise multiple projects with strict deadlines within set design parameters and budget constraints.
Requirements and Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Proficient in design software and editing tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- At least two years’ experience in graphic design.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- A portfolio that shows a wide range of creative projects.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Efficient time management and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print and web.
- Proficiency with digital media and web design.
- Competence in the use of the Office 365 suite.
- Willingness to learn, take on challenges and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Adaptability, flexibility and resilience in unfamiliar or changing situations.
- Willingness to work longer hours when necessary to meet tight deadlines.
- Openness to constructive feedback on design work.
