Majed Al Dossary
Director and Co-Founder of Timber & Agriculture Investments

Majed Al  Dossary, the Vice President of Raiz Group, has an MBA and a BSc Degree in Computer Engineering. Majed spent 25 years of his career at Saudi Aramco Oil Company before branching out to establish his own company, Raiz Group. Throughout his career he has held various positions and maintained an excellent track record of ensuring the highest level of market satisfaction. He strongly believes in earning and maintaining clients’ trust by providing highly competent services with dedication and professionalism. Thanks to his vast experience, Majed has established a global network of support services for various business sectors, including Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Medical, and Agriculture.

Operations Advisor

Melisa is an Operations Executive and Mentor with 22 years of experience in Construction, Construction Management, Contract Management, and M&As. She currently manages all operational needs, planning, contract structures, and financial processing for a project portfolio of over $400 million. ​​Her vast knowledge of Governmental requirements for asset protection,  installation methods, and client satisfaction is drawn from several years of experience with Government and Military contracts, tenders, and awards processes while acting as the Operational manager for a leading global Securities and Defense company.​​Melisa holds a degree in Construction Management, is OSHA 30 Certified, and ICC Certified in Building, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical.​

Chris Vaughn
Advisor M&A, Strategy & Compliance

Chris Vaughn currently serves as CFO of Pacteon Group, a single source for packaging line automation. Chris began his finance career in the Aerospace & Defense industry, at BAE Systems, gaining valuable experience in the areas of government contracts and managing complex projects. Chris then served as CFO of a global security business broadening his experience internationally and gaining significant experience in M&A. With 20 years of experience in the financial management field, Chris has established himself as a respected finance leader. Chris is a Certified Management Accountant with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and an MBA.

Michèle James
Chief OF Staff AND Head of M&A

Michèle leads the development and implementation of responsible business strategies and initiatives at Loxworth. She is dedicated to driving positive change across the company’s investment portfolio, with a focus on aligning their mission with sustainable practices. Michèle oversees investor relations, research, and due diligence for all alliances and acquisition projects. Her extensive experience in strategy, exits, and buy-outs, as well as marketing and communications for multinational companies, allows her to shape and integrate workflow linkages and define the kind of culture necessary for success. Under Michèle’s guidance, Loxworth is building a team well-versed in ESG frameworks, standards, and metrics. Michèle is particularly passionate about sustainability and social impact, with a focus on the agriculture sector in developing countries. She prioritizes job creation and skills transfer through education and training to promote positive change in these regions. Michèle’s attentive and flexible leadership style ensures that Loxworth remains committed to its responsible business practices and mission.

Rachelle Smith
FInancial Director

Rachelle, a Chartered Accountant, serves as the Financial Director at Loxworth. With over a decade of experience in the manufacturing and project industries, Rachelle has a proven track record in creating sophisticated control environments that effectively mitigate risks while maintaining operational agility. Her strategic leadership in automating manual systems has led to substantial productivity gains and cost reductions. Rachelle is currently focused on optimising operating procedures to drive revenue growth, minimise variable costs, and enhance profitability. Her commitment to leveraging advanced technologies to achieve operational excellence, combined with a strong emphasis on social and ethical considerations, underscores her professional philosophy.

Henri Trollip
Portfolio Director

With 21 years’ experience in program management and the built environment fields, Henri ensured the successful execution of complex contracts of more than €1 billion in various countries including South Africa, Namibia, Angola, Papua New Guinea, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Colombia, Singapore, and North America. Henri contributes to Loxworth Capital’s development and strategy by driving management actions to reach objectives in compliance with law, governance rules and ethic code, regulations, as well as in preserving company interest and rights in the various portfolios. Henri holds a Degree in Civil Engineering, Certification in Project Management, and an MBA.

Amogelang serves as the Group Financial Controller and Strategist, bringing her extensive expertise in various industries to the team. She holds both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees from the prestigious University of the Witwatersrand. After completing her studies, Amogelang went on to complete her Chartered Accountancy articles at one of the Big Four audit firms. With a diverse background in energy, mining, technology, hospitality, manufacturing, consulting, logistics, and financial services, Amogelang is well-equipped to handle the financial intricacies, and to lead the development and implementation of strategies. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she is deeply committed to making a positive impact on society, promoting social responsibility, and empowering others to reach their full potential. Gabrielle’s diverse talents and skills have played a vital role in supporting the achievement of her company’s operational goals and overall business objectives.  As an experienced logistics executive, Gabrielle managed to optimise inventory levels, consolidate transportation, and streamline warehouse costing models and operations. As the Head of Marketing and Research, Marion leverages her analytical mindset and strategic thinking to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility. With over a decade of working closely with cross-functional teams across the United States, Middle East, Europe, and Southern Africa, she values the power of collaboration. Marion’s keen eye for detail and understanding of identifying and analysing market trends play a pivotal role in conducting thorough due diligence and research on potential investments and growth opportunities for Loxworth. Her passion for creative storytelling together with her collaborative, inter-disciplinary approach are instrumental in designing and implementing compelling marketing strategies. Matthew Velge
New projects: americas

Matthew is an analyst and part of our deal team, based out of Chicago. He has experience in a variety of transactions across multiple industries, including pet care, SaaS, and MedTech. Previously, Matthew was at Roc Venture Group, where he played an important role in due diligence, market research, and aiding in the management of portfolio companies. He initially started as an intern at AUA Private Equity Partners, where he provided the deal team with financial models, valuation reports, and investor memos. At Loxworth Capital, Matthew provides a number of different services for the senior management team, including due diligence, financial analysis, and strategic advisory for both portfolio and target companies. Matthew graduated from Norwich University with a degree in Finance and a minor in Marketing. While at Norwich University, he was the head of the Norwich University Investment Club and implemented its training programme.

Nico is a experienced Full-Stack Web Developer, specializing in web and mobile development. After graduating with a degree in Organisation & Management in 2020, Astrid spent three years at a Belgian consultancy firm specialising in sustainable mobility. There, she honed her skills in HR, focusing on policy development, recruitment, people management, personnel administration, and the implementation of innovative HR processes. Astrid has also recently completed additional studies in Conflict Resolution within the workplace. Known for her eagerness to learn, hands-on approach, and dedication to creating positive social and environmental impacts, she is excited to contribute to Loxworth's mission and grow professionally in this new role.
