Chief of Staff
Michèle is responsible for Program Management , ESG Implementation and Investor Relations as well as research and due diligence for all alliances and acquisition projects. She has practical experience in strategy, exits and buy-outs, as well as marketing and communications for multi-national PE backed corporates. Michèle integrates connecting work streams ,reshaping the strategies and determining the kind of culture each business needs to succeed through an attentive and flexible style.
Sheri is the Executive Assistant to the Founder and Chief of Staff. Her career started in the South African Police Service where she spent 7 years. She also gained experience in FMCG and start-up environments over the last 6 years where she supported Executives and their teams to reach their goals.
Sheri is a Forcemultiplier and she supports creativity in others and promotes form and harmony. She provides a balanced view for creating new policies, procedures, and protocols, remaining open to new ideas. She is skilled at providing order and structure.
Operations Executive with 22 years’ experience in Construction, Construction Management, Contract Management, M&As, and Mentorship. Currently managing a portfolio of $400 million for all operational needs, contract structure and financial processing. Previous Operations experience for a Global Securities and Defense company. Vast knowledge on Governmental requirements for protection of assets, installation methods and client satisfaction. Several years of experience with Government and Military contracts, tenders and awards processes. Degree in Construction Management, OSHA 30 Certified, ICC Certified in Building, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical.
Advisor M&A, Strategy & Compliance
Chris Vaughn currently serves as CFO of Pacteon Group, a single source for packaging line automation. Chris began his finance career in the Aerospace & Defense industry, at BAE Systems, gaining valuable experience in the areas of government contracts and managing complex projects. Chris then served as CFO of a global security business broadening his experience internationally and gaining significant experience in M&A. With 20 years of experience in the financial management field, Chris has established himself as a respected finance leader. Chris is a Certified Management Accountant with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and an MBA.
With 21 years’ experience in program management and the built environment fields, Henri ensured the successful execution of complex contracts of more than €1billion in various countries including South Africa, Namibia, Angola, Papua New Guinea, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Colombia, Singapore, and North America. Henri contributes to Loxworth Capital’s development and strategy by driving management actions to reach objectives in compliance with law, governance rules and ethic code, regulations, as well as in preserving company interest and rights in the various portfolios.
Henri holds a Degree in Civil Engineering, Certification in Project Management, and an MBA.

Passionate entrepreneur with experience in the development and launching of hospitality businesses. Educated in Business Commerce, with practical experience in the management of large commercial properties. Currently driving scalable start-ups in consumer products, including product and brand development.
Retail, E-commerce and Real Estate
Selma is experienced in ESG compliance and reporting, analysing value chains and developing sustainable business models. She also facilitates corporate social responsibility strategies and provides training on health and safety compliance requirements by integrating Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into activities.
Audits and training, executive and sustainability reporting, problem-solving, budgets, stakeholder relations, conducting policy analysis, project coordination, and management, stakeholder liaison, research, and report writing are among her responsibilities. Selma is involved in community outreach; she developed and runs a sustainable urban garden in Windhoek.
Marketing Coordinator with experience in the global category management, retail and hospitality industries. Passionate about innovation and marketing strategies that impact business outcomes through brand awareness, targeting new customers, developing brand loyalty, growing market share, and increasing revenue.
